U.S. Return Policy and Exchange Policy
MONGELUX gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to a MONGELUX store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them by following the instructions enclosed in your package and will not be accepted at MONGELUX stores or the distribution center. All monogrammed, personalized, lingerie, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a MONGELUX E-gift Card.
In stores, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount to a MONGELUX Gift Card.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
International Return and Exchange Policy
MONGELUX gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online within 30 days of original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return.
Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request.
Returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery.
If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Clubcommerce, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.

European Union/United Kingdom Customers
If you cancel your order within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the items canceled and the delivery charges. UK statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
Mongelux Factory Orders
Online and Phone Orders

Mongelux Factory merchandise cannot be returned to a Mongelux retail location. Orders also cannot be returned to Mongelux Factory locations in Canada. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Store Purchases
Mongelux Factory merchandise purchased in a Mongelux Factory store may be returned to any Mongelux Factory store location within 30 days of original purchase for refund or exchange. Mongelux Factory merchandise cannot be returned to a Mongelux retail location. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
